⚠️ There are two train stations in Besançon: Besançon Franche-Comté TGV (outside the city) and Besançon Viotte (in the city center). The connection between the two stations can be made by TER (shuttle train).

From Besançon Viotte station:

• Departure "Gare Viotte Nord" → Bus 8 (towards Espace Valentin) → Arrival "Francis Clerc" then 3 min walk (frequency: every 12–20 min)
• Departure "Gare Viotte Nord" → Bus L5 (towards St Claude) → Arrival "Lumière" then 8 min walk (frequency: every 10–12 min)
• On foot: ~20 min (see map below)
